　　Ms. Connie Leung attached herself with BNY Mellon as Managing Director, Global Head of Service Delivery, and is based in Singapore. Her accreditation and attributions comprise of over 25 years of industry profession in the banking and financial servicing sectors. Specialized areas include operations; finance; business planning and development; and client relationship management.

　　She has been joined with BNY Mellon for six years and has served in multiple roles in Collateral Management – including APAC Regional Head for Client Service Delivery; APAC Regional Chief Administration Officer; APAC ex-Japan Head of Collateral Management and Segregation before being appointed to the Global Head of Service Delivery.

　　Before her employment with BNY Mellon, Ms. Leung had held previous positions such as the Asia Pacific Head of Client Service and Client Reporting of Prime Services for Deutsche Bank, Hong Kong; Chief Operating Officer for two hedge fund managers; The Pacific Group Limited and the CITIC Capital Market Limited; and Vice President of Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Limited, Hong Kong, managing middle office and operations functions for their Equity Derivatives business in Asia. Ms. Leung is also a frequent guest speaker for leading business and MBA schools in China, including Sun Yat-sen University and Lingnan University, conducting seminars and forums in Business Communications, Asset Management, and Career Development.

　　Ms. Leung graduated from the University of Hawaii in Business Administration; majoring in Accounting and Travel Industry Management, and is a registered Certified Public Accountant by University of Illinois.

　　With the continual growth and expansion of globalization of multi-national corporations in the world platform , the necessity for global heads and leaders are to be aware of inclusion and diversity of multi-cultured , multi-belief and multiple levels of tolerances as part of leadership attributions . The demand for better understanding how to lead , motivate and trust delegations by skill rather than by discrimination of race , sex , or gender has been a continual education strive established in corporate governance , the laws and codes , as well as is lead by the United Nation’s Education and Science Commission (UNESCO). To better understand these ethical practices , best practices , laws , codes , and leadership , the discussion is lead by the practical cases within Bank of New York Mellon and its global leadership individuals , to be opened to enquiry by question and answers sessions.
