　　嘉宾简介 Speaker Profile

　　Name:Michael T. Hart

　　Position: Managing Director of Tianjin Office；

　　Business Mentor of TJU MBA

　　Current Responsibilities

　　Mr. Michael Hart has been the Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Tianjin office since November 2006 when the office was established. Since then he has been responsible for oversight and development of the firm’s core operations in the municipality. The office currently has over 60 professionals and more than 150 directly employed site staff. He is also a member of the firm’s Greater China Executive Committee and the China Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

　　Previous Experience

　　Mr.Hart has worked for Jones Lang LaSalle since 2000. He spent three years with the firm in Taipei, four years in Shanghai and since late 2006 has been based in Tianjin. Mr. Hart served as head of the research departments in Taipei and Shanghai and also led the combined China research teams before moving to Tianjin. In those roles he briefed internal and external clients on property trends and the China property investment market.

　　His team currently manages and leases many of the leading office, retail and logistics projects in Tianjin. The firm also has a team conducting overseas residential property sales. The firm has assisted a number of MNCs as they have established or expanded their presencein the city and manages and leases properties for large Chinese developers and investors. His teams have also consulted on a number of the city’s newly planned mixed-use projects and have been active with projects in central Tianjin and the Binhai New Area. The firm’s clients in Tianjin include local and foreign developers, government related entities as well as both local and foreign occupiers and investors.

　　Education and Affiliations

　　Mr. Hart graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Banking. Mr.Hart speaks Mandarin Chinese. He is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in China and served as the Chair of the Tianjin Executive Committee for 3.5 years. He is also a member of the German Chamber of Commerce in China.
