　　主讲人介绍：Mohamed El-Darieby is an Associate Professor in the SoftwareEngineering, Faculty ofEngineering, University of Regina. Regina, SASK, S4S0A2, CANADA. He receivedB.Sc. and M.Sc. in electrical engineering from Egyptand Ph.D in Systems andComputer Engineering at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. His research interests are inthe areas of software and networking systems withapplications to SmartInfrastructure and City Dynamics. Dr.EL-Dariebyhas more than 60 publications in technical conferences and journals. His researchhas been supported with more than 2 million dollars. Dr. El-Dariebyserved as achair of the software Systems Engineering Program at Universityof Regina and as a Chair for NSERC Network of Center of Excellence Selection Committee and a chair of Technical Program Committees for a numberofconferences. Dr.El-Darieby is a member of the Association of ProfessionalEngineers andGeoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS). Dr. El-Darieby is anadjunctprofessor of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Toronto.

　　报告摘要：This presentation will provide a high-level and quick description oftheapplication of various Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)inIntelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). The technologies will not bedescribedin detail. Only how the technologies were used to enable ITS. Some ofthetechnologies described would include: Internet of Things and Services, BigDatafor Data Imputation, Cloud Infrastructure Management, socialnetworks, Vehicular Telematics, Business Coordination of ITS stakeholders. This presentation summarizes the research work carried out by Dr.El-darieby over the last 12 years.
